PERMANENT MAKEUP & TATOO REMOVAL  BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

$100 NON-REFUNDADLE DEPOSIT is required to when booking each permanent makeup appointment and will be apply towards your procedure. Remaining balance will be due in cash. Credit card payment will incur 4% transaction fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must notify us 3 days prior to your appointment date; your deposit will be transfer to your next booking. For any reason you cancel or reschedule less than 3 day of your appointment, your non-refundable deposit will be forfeit. New booking will require new non-refundable deposit.

NO CALL /NO SHOW = Forfeited of $100 non-refundable deposit. No transferring! No excuse!

OTHER SERVICES BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to reschedule your appointment, 24 hour notice is required in order to avoid a $25 cancellation fee. Credit card on file is required to book appointment. Please be aware that cancellation fee is the full cost of your appointment, without exception.

NO CALL/NO SHOW – No call / No show , client will incur a fee of $35  charge on credit card on file.
